1. Cancellation Policy
Because the manual verification process begins immediately upon the successful payment of the One-Time Business Listing Verification Fee, we do not accept cancellation requests once the transaction is complete.

2. Refund Policy

• Standard Verification: The business listing verification fee covers the manual administrative labor required to review your business details. Therefore, this fee is strictly non-refundable, whether your listing is ultimately approved or rejected based on our directory guidelines (including rejections for businesses located outside of Chennai).
• Technical Errors & Duplicate Payments: In the rare event that a technical issue causes your card/account to be charged twice for the same listing submission, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate amount.
• Processing: Approved refunds for technical errors will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.
